Hicks Machinery offer various options for technical service, repairs and after sales support. Hicks Machinery wants to make sure that any machinery you purchase from us is in good condition, we are always here to answer questions about your purchase and offer support and after sales maintenance.

Hicks Machinery's after sales support team is comprised of experienced heavy equipment parts specialists. A substantial investment of fast moving and support parts is kept in stock with breakdown parts sourced either overnight or air freighted usually within 3 days from manufacturers. Our service team provide a mix of onsite field service for routine servicing or breakdown attendance, supported by workshop staff undertaking component overhauls.

To keep your machinery running in tip-top condition, we have a fully equipped Workshop offering service and repair facilities. Our fully trained mechanics have the expertise to deal with the largest diesel ride-on tractor mowers, to sharpening shears or repairing a puncture. Our mechanics have specialist knowledge of all the equipment we sell, but are also able to work on most leading makes of machinery – both domestic and professional.

If a repair is uneconomical we will advise you of costs before commencing any work. We offer Full warranty support is provided for all the machinery we sell.
